Everyone talks about a work-life balance, but how many truly achieve it. Running your own business can easily get in the way of ensuring that you have time to spend with family and friends.
Our target market is medium to large size businesses – smart, hard-working people who work five days a week. We work when they do, which means as a franchise you keep civilised hours. Many other businesses would expect you to put in long working days, sometimes seven days a week.
As a Snap Franchisee, you’ll have a clean, modern workplace and, your Snap is a business that you can build a balanced life balance around. Our Centres are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm, leaving your weekends free to spend with family and friends.
So what does a typical day look like in a Snap Centre?
Like any franchise business, the level of hard work you put in, is what you get back. At Snap this is no less true.
In a typical day, a franchise partner will plan out their day via a morning WIP (Work in Progress) meeting with their team, so that everyone in the centre know exactly what is planned for the day and can collaboratively work to it.
The centre can expect phone calls from clients placing orders, requesting a quote for a job, or even asking for advice that may lead to a new order.
Customers will also come in and enquire, and the entire team is skilled to serve customers and take orders.
Part of the day will be spent ensuring the production of products are completed, as well as placing orders with our trade partners. In some cases a franchisee will deliver locally to ensure they connect with the client one on one.
Parts of the day will be spent interacting with clients, whether it be to connect with them, update them on their order. This interaction can be n the phone or face to face client visits.
A a franchise partner at Snap, your key role is to build relationships with your clients and ensure that your Snap Centre provides them the right advice, and the right product that meets their needs. In turn, this high level of service will drive and deliver high value relationships and increased sales and growth to make your business successful. And through all of this, the team at Snap is there with you every step of the way to ensure your success.
