Our team are dedicated to supporting the success of our new Franchise Partners. Below are just some of the team involved in supporting you joining the Snap brand.
Peter Fiasco - General Manager Franchising
Peter has worked in the franchise sector for over 20 years. He has worked with a number of leading franchise brands in Australia. In August 2017, Peter joined Snap Print & Design, initially as the Area Manager for Vic/Tas, where his leadership in field ensured that franchise partners received the support they needed. In 2020, after overseeing the field team, Peter took on the role of General Manager Franchising. In this role, Peter overseas Brand operations, the Snap franchise system, training and very importantly, looks after our potential new franchise partners as they take the steps towards owning a Snap business. He is extremely passionate about supporting franchise partners and guiding them through to their success.
Peter Says,

Paula Fisher - National Training Manager
Paula has worked in Franchising since 2006 spending time in Operations roles in Video Ezy, Subway & Gloria Jeans. She has been with Snap Print & Design since April 2010. In her time at Snap, Paula has gained experience in many areas of the business, from working in the Field Team as a Business Support Manager to Franchise Development and Sales. Since 2018, Paula has been very successfully heading up our Learning and Development Department as Snap's National Training Manager. Paula is passionate about supporting franchise partners and their success. She explores new ways of driving efficiency and productivity through enabling people to do their best work.
Paula Says,

Katrina Davis - Franchise Project & Compliance Manager
Katrina has worked in Franchising and at Snap for over 20 years. During her time at Snap, Katrina has worked in many different areas of the business from administrative roles, to a Field position, to Franchise Development and Compliance. As she has been successful in many roles within Snap, it provides Katrina a unique perspective on the needs a new Franchise Partner may have. Katrina has worked in her Franchise Compliance role since 2016 and a major part of this role is managing the successful transition of our new Franchise Partners into their own business and supporting them on their journey. Katrina also manages projects such as contract renewals and compliance related matters.
Katrina Says,

James Brouillard - National Network Manager
Originally from New York, where he worked with speciality big-box retail brands Borders Books & Music and OfficeMax, James made the move to franchise brands when he moved to Australia 18 years ago. Having previously been on the national management team of such iconic Aussie brands as Howards Storage World, Mr Rental and Ella Bache, he joined the Snap team in October 2018 as a Business Support Manager. Moving to the National Field Manager position in 2022, James works directly with franchisees in the field, providing advice and coaching as well as overseeing a field team of five Business Support Managers throughout Australia, ensuring that franchise partners are supported to their success. Building relationships and supporting our franchise partners to be their best, are aspects of his job he enjoys the most.
James Says,

Ashley Harrigan - Operations Specialist
Ashley is a Print industry specialist with career spanning over 25 years. Since 1993 he has worked for a number of successful Franchises in a variety of positions including Offset and Digital Printer, Bindery and Sales positions. His passion for print and production processes led him to become Operations Manager and then General Manager of the Snap Sydney-hub, a Snap dedicated production facility. Ashley has also worked for trade printer CMYKhub as an estimator, then became the Factory Manager of the NSW Wide Format Division. When away from work, he is a Baseball player and coach, also spending his downtime surfing or skiing. Ashley joined us at Snap Print & Design in 2019 and brings a wealth of industry experience, always keeping an eye on new technology and loves sharing his knowledge and working with Franchise Partners and their teams to continue to improve their production.

Adrian McBean - National Sales & Product Manager
Adrian joined Snap mid 2021 and brings with him a wealth of experience in all forms of the Print Industry, having worked his way through the industry from the ripe old age of 27, starting his career at Docklands Press as a BDM and then progressing through to being the National Sales Manager for Snap's previous trade printer Whirlwind. Adrian attributes his success to his ability and focuses on building relationships with his colleagues and customers. He thrives on interacting with all of those he works with and knows that the only way to get the best result is to work as a team. Perhaps this comes from his many years and passion for coaching AFL and supporting Carlton. Adrian is a strong believer in loyalty and building trusting relationships with customers by working with them to find the optimal value solution. He likes to work in environments where culture is essential, and actions speak louder than words.
