How long is the Franchise Term?
The franchise Term is 10 years. If you buy an existing franchise, you are automatically entitled to the remaining term as part of the purchase, and you then pay for additional years to top you up to 10 years.
Who is the Snap target market?
The Snap core target market is 'businesses'. We cater for all types and sizes of business, small to large.
What are the Snap operating hours?
We work to our clients, who mostly work weekdays, therefore Snap centres operate between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Closed on weekends.

Will I receive training and support?
When you first start, you will get a full initial training program.
Ongoing, our communication network ensures everyone is always kept up to speed. We do this by supplying you with internal updates such as regular meetings to present new initiatives, training days, regular webinars, extranet updates and more.
What marketing support do I get?
We split our marketing tactics into two categories national level marketing, and local marketing.
At a national level you can expect:

- Snap website, generating leads directly to your Centre.
- eCommerce Platform, generating sales transaction for your Centre, as well as leads.

Local marketing:
- Local Area Marketing Manual. This helps you to execute your own campaigns with your territory. It covers tactics such as lead generation, brand awareness, and how to build client loyalty

- Full functioning local database marketing platform, allowing centres to stay in constant marketing contact with their clients and prospective clients
- Localised Website. Your Centre has a dedicated website page to develop local content and promote your business
- Local Area Marketing Strategies We also assist Franchisees to promote their business in the local area. For example: email marketing.

What Fees do I pay to join Snap?
Existing
If you are buying an existing Snap Franchise, you pay an Initial Services Fee, which covers all your training, initial support packs, and the changeover process. In addition, you will need to pay the Franchise Fee, which provides you a 10 year franchise term. This will vary according to what is currently remaining on the term of the centre you are purchasing. These are the only fees that Snap charges to come into the brand. The exact amounts of these fees will be disclosed upfront.
Additional costs associated with advisors that you may engage, such as finance broker, solicitor and accountants. These are paid directly to the advisors you use and Snap will have no involved in this process.
Greenfield/New
For a Greenfield/New Franchise, you pay an Initial Services Fee, which covers all your training, initial support packs, initial marketing support. In addition, you will need to pay the Franchise Fee for a 10 year franchise agreement term. You will also be required to pay for set up costs for a new site, which can include leasing costs, as well as a fitout. The exact amounts of these fees will be disclosed upfront.
Additional costs associated with advisors that you may engage, such as finance broker, solicitor and accountants. These are paid directly to the advisors you use and Snap will have no involved in this process.
